The difference between a stressful trip and a seamless, magical experience is who you trust to plan it.

Personalized Disney and Universal vacations designed with strategy, expertise, and real human support—before, during, and long after you arrive.

A knowledgeable travel advisor doesn’t just book trips—they shape experiences. Their expertise can mean the difference between a well-executed, unforgettable vacation and standing in line for hours, wishing you had planned differently and leaving disappointed.

I sometimes hear people make comments such as: “I don’t need a travel advisor; I can book anything I want myself” or “I use Chat GPT”. While it is true that booking vacations online is more accessible than ever, booking a Disney or a Universal vacation is a different ball game. You need to make sure YOUR interests and what would be best for your family is at the top of your travel advisors’ agenda.

Without the right strategy, what should feel magical can quickly become overwhelming.

This is why choosing the right Disney or Universal travel advisor matters.

A high-level Disney travel planner should do far more than secure reservations. They should take the time to understand your family’s travel style, preferences, and priorities—and design a personalized plan that reflects exactly that.

Is this a once-in-a-lifetime trip or one of many visits? Are you looking for a luxury Disney vacation with VIP-level efficiency? Do you prefer a relaxed, well-paced itinerary with built-in flexibility? Are you traveling with young children, teens, or a multi-generational group? Does you or a member of your family require accommodations for a disability or specific accessibility needs?

From securing the ideal Disney resort or Universal Orlando hotel, to optimizing park strategies, dining reservations, and ride access systems, I guide you through every step with clarity and precision. I continuously monitor promotions to ensure you receive the best available value, and I adapt your plan as needed so everything flows effortlessly. And most importantly:

I pick up the phone. I’m old school Millennial. I used to play outside, have long conversations with friends and actually speak on the phone for hours. These days, when I have a question, I don’t appreciate an online portal and virtual assistances or sending an email, having to wait 3 days for a response. I like to get an answer as soon as possible, and that’s exactly how I operate at Shani Plans Magic. If you have questions, I’m here to answer, even if it’s late at night. I get it, you’re busy! Between work and kids, running around all day, you suddenly remember at 11pm that you wanted to ask me about a specific ride, a restaurant you wanted to try, about the bus from the resort to the park… I’m here for you. You don’t need to call an 800 number and wait to be answered. I’ll break it down for you.  Scrolling through Disney groups on Facebook and trying to understand park strategies and tips can be exciting and fun as you prepare for your trip, but it can be frustrating and make you feel like an outsider in high school. Everyone knows something that you don’t, and you feel embarrassed to ask because they post a photo with a caption that says: “if you know you know!” and the comments are written in some kind of code. I hate that! I think everyone should have the “in” on the magic! I often speak with clients that will ask me, what’s: “rope drop”, “running of the strollers”, “pixie dust”, “lighting lanes”, “on site” vs “offsite” as well as: what’s row 9 at Guardians of the Galaxy ride at EPCOT? Disney was meant to be for everyone, not just a group of die-hard fans (such as myself!), so I will be super excited to share all this information with you and your family without the superior attitude.

I don’t disappear after your vacation was booked. You’ve arrived at your trip destination and now you’re sick. What are your options? It seems like tomorrow will be a beautiful day and you want to stay by the pool instead of going to the park and you need to change a dining reservation and park days, but not sure if it’s possible. Call me! I will answer and do my best to guide and help from afar. Whether you’re debating between one snack to the other, or if you should exit EPCOT to take a stroll on the Boardwalk - when my clients are on their trip, I feel like I’m there with them, because I’m just as excited for their trip as I would be for my own. So even when you’re already in the park or enjoying the resort, feel free to reach out, because I will be happy to hear from you!

I really do have personal experience. When I plan your vacation, my recommendations are all based on personal experiences visiting the parks, going on a cruise, standing in line for a ride, trying new snacks and restaurants. I travel with my family at least once a year to the parks as well as traveling on my own to check out what’s new and make it a point to try different resort hotels and dining experiences, so you don’t have to. If I’m on my way to a Disney Cruise on the Wish from Port Canaveral or the Destiny from Ft. Lauderdale, you can trust that I have done the research on the best way to arrive to that port, and the best resort hotels that would have the best value. My expertise will enhance your experience as I present you with options and tips.

I will make sure you don’t follow the wrong advice. Those Disney tips groups on Facebook I mentioned? Yes, they are great if you want to get excited about your trip. But some advice there might steer you in the wrong direction. Taking the advice from that mom in the village’s Facebook group who said, “you don’t need an agent! Book it yourself” and recommended a hotel 30 min away just because it offered breakfast, just cost you more than you know. Because now you’ll miss out on free transportation to and from the park, the early access, you won’t be able to book lighting lanes 7 days in advance, and that character dining restaurant you really wanted to try would be booked by other guest staying on property, that were able to book all their dining plans 60 days in advance! Just as you might hire a professional for certain aspects in your life, use the help of a professional Disney travel Advisor.

I’m a Disney Professional. What does that mean for you? It means that I operate under Mousekeplanner, a Gold Earmarked agency. Gold Earmarked is a designation given by Disney to travel agencies that demonstrate high level of expertise and success in booking Disney vacations, and proves that this agency is trusted by Disney, to plan exceptional vacations. Agencies must meet specific performance thresholds and undergo training and continued education to qualify. That also means that I have taken the necessary tests each year and that I keep up to date on all of Disney’s new offers, parks, attractions and cruise line offerings and ships, in addition to the ever-evolving travel industry.

Yes, really, there is no extra fee to you. My services as a Disney and Universal travel advisor are completely complimentary when you book through me. Disney includes a fee for these services whether you book by yourself or through me. When you use my services, you receive all my knowledge from years of experience in Disney and universal parks, as wells as Disney cruises, restaurants recommendations as I help you plan your day and go on the best rides for your family.

So, if you’re searching for the best travel advisor to plan your next Disney Park or Universal Park adventure, or a relaxing Disney Cruise vacation, the answer is simple: choose someone who approaches your trip with the same care, precision, and attention to detail as if it were their own.

See you in the parks!
